Virtual Administration provides Virtual PA and Secretarial Support to private independent therapists and case managers. We also specialise in supporting case management companies with the registration application process to the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
We help companies complete the Registered Manager and New Provider application forms and the four Statement of Purpose documents. We assist with preparing the additional documents required to send to the CQC with your application. For example, a business plan, a safeguarding procedure, a quality assurance and management policy, a recruitment policy, a medications management procedure plus many more. The CQC initial registration part can be a lengthy process gathering the necessary information and making sure the forms are correctly completed, we can hand hold you through this.
